  • Refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges

Agra Carvia operates solely as a facilitator for booking services. Therefore, Agra Carvia shall not be held liable for the failure, actions, or decisions of the actual service provider. Customers may be required to directly contact the service operator for further assistance, resolutions, or refunds.


2. Technical Failures and Modifications

In situations where technical issues or other failures occur, previously confirmed services may be substantially modified or may not be provided at all.
In such cases:

  • Agra Carvia will refund the amount received from the customer (after applicable cancellation or administrative charges).
  • Upon issuing such a refund, Agra Carvia’s liability stands fully discharged.
  • Any additional financial losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from such circumstances shall be borne solely by the user.

The user agrees that the maximum liability of Agra Carvia, under any situation or circumstance, is limited to the refund of the amount received for the specific service, minus any applicable charges such as:

  • Cancellation fees
  • Processing fees
  • Refund charges

Under no circumstances shall Agra Carvia be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or additional expenses beyond the amount charged for its service.

    meaning the distance is counted from the point the vehicle leaves the garage until it returns.

Prices displayed on the website apply to most locations across India. However, the following routes or regions follow separate pricing structures:

  • Leh–Ladakh
  • Char Dham Yatra

Customers are advised to confirm updated rates for these specific regions before booking.
